Welcome to "The Pines"
Relax after a day of skiing, snowboarding, or other outdoor
activity in this newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with a
massive rock, wood burning fireplace. Our condo features a Playstation
2, and there is free Wi-Fi in the clubhouse. One bedroom features a
king size bed, and the other a bunk bed and queen size bed. There is a
new sleeper sofa in the den. The kitchen is fully equipped for your
cooking pleasure! There are beautiful views of the continental divide.
We have tried to think of everything you could need to make this
charming condo feel like a home away from home!
Ideally located against a panoramic backdrop of the Continental Divide in a scenic meadow in Fraser, CO , this condo is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a great family atmosphere and take advantage of the endless activities that the Winter Park & Fraser area has to offer.
Winter Park is a world class ski resort with great shops and restaurants and of course SKIING! The Fraser Tubing Hill is five minutes from the condo. It's only 5 miles to the Winter Park/Mary Jane ski resort and the free resort shuttle stop is adjacent to the condo! The Safeway grocery store is just down the hill as are many of the restaurants and a variety of shops. In the summer Winter Park becomes a summer playground with 600 miles of mountain biking trails, an alpine slide, and miniature golf. Also in the area is fishing, golfing, boating, hiking, rafting and wildlife viewing. The top rated Pole Creek Golf Course is only 5 miles away. Rocky Mountain National Park and the quaint town of Grand Lake are 30 minutes away.
The condo is located just across the way from the "Best Clubhouse in the Winter Park - Fraser Valley". The
newly renovated clubhouse features a year-round outside heated
pool, hot tubs, steam room, weight room, basketball, racquetball, and
outdoor tennis courts. There's also a game room with a pool table, fooseball and video games. Play hard, then treat yourself to a massage. A laundromat and conference room are also on site. Access to the Club house is included in the rental.
