Our
luxury townhome is located in the exclusive base area Lakota
community. This unit is ideal for large groups--TWO LARGE LIVING AREAS
provide lots of room for lots of fun! Our Lakota home offers privacy and some of the
best views in Winter Park! This premium property offers everything you need
for a perfect mountain vacation, including two large living areas
perfect for multi-families. A large private hot tub located on
the lower deck provides many hours of rest and relaxation while
enjoying the beautiful views of the Colorado mountains!
This
town home is over 2600 square feet on three levels. With 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are KING Master Suites, 3 1/2
baths, 2 LARGE LIVING AREAS, Lakota will sleep 12 in beds comfortably with
additional sleeping options available by advance request. The 2 large living areas sets Lakota apart from other 4 bedroom properties. Kids can play games and watch TV in the lower level while the grown-ups relax in the main level great room. The unit
is equipped with in-floor radiant heat (heated flooring) throughout, a washer, dryer, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and Comcast cable TV/DVD
with surround sound systems in both living areas. Master suites are
equipped with Comcast cable TV as well. The dining room table seats
six comfortably. The kitchen bar has seating for an additional 3 persons There is an attached private, heated one car garage. Additional parking can be found nearby.
The
Lakota Shuttle will pick you up less than a block away and transport
you to the Winter Park Resort on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays as
well as Holiday weekends. Lakota is also on the local Winter Park "Park
and Ride" bus stop at the end of the street, which shuttles between
Winter Park Ski Base, Winter Park, and Fraser.
