Winter Park Place #7 is our 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo located in a small,
private complex in Old Town Winter Park. Comfortable and cozy, this
affordable condo has everything you need, including amazing ski slope
views. The Bedroom has a comfortable Queen Bed and plenty of closet
space. The remainder of the condo is a great room, complete with a gas log moss
rock fireplace and stone hearth. The fully equipped kitchen is open to
the living area and has great views of the Winter Park ski slopes. The
dining table has chairs for four. Two stools at the breakfast bar
provide additional seating. A walk-out deck offers the same great views
as well as a gas BBQ grill for summertime grilling. The hall bath bath
has a tub-shower combination. A pullout sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping options for 2 more people. Cable TV and free high speed
wireless internet keep you connected. A large hot tub and dry sauna
located in the complex overlook the Fraser River and provide the
perfect place to relax after a great day on the slopes. Stow your skis
in the ski storage locker just outside the front door. The Fraser River
Trail begins just a few minutes walk from the front door. The trail is
relatively flat, runs for miles through the forests, meadows and
alongside the river. Absolutely perfect for an early morning snowshoe
or cross-country ski excursion. Moose are often spotted grazing in the
willows along the river.
Winter Park Place is within walking
distance of the ski lifts. If you don't feel like walking, the free
resort shuttle stops just outside of the complex. It's about a 2
minute ride to the lifts on the shuttle. Nestled in the trees and
backing to the Fraser River, Winter Park Place offers comfortable
accommodations, great views and the convenience of being in the base
without the traffic and congestion of the central resort.
Sleeping
Arrangements: Sleeps 2 in beds. Can sleep up to four. One queen
bedroom. A pullout sleeper sofa and an air mattress offer additional
sleeping options.
Pet Friendly. Requires additional damage deposit and pet cleaning fee. Inquire if interested.
