With over 3,000 square feet, this luxury home on three levels boasts 2 King Master Suites, a queen bedroom and a bunk bed room, complete with 2 sets of bunks. The bunks are double down and single up. A spacious slate entry/mud room offers plenty of space to stow winter jackets and ski gear. The main level offers a large Great Room with 14' cathedral ceilings and a large stone gas log fireplace and wet bar, complete with small frig. An big screen HD TV and stereo system ensures that no one misses the football games. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen has beautiful cabinetry and high end appliances, including a Sub Zero refrigerator, 6 burner gas stove with large oven, and expresso machine. The dining table seats 8 and there is additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island bar. Warm yourself by the dual sided outdoor fireplace on the large deck overlooking the Arapahoe National Forest and listen to the sounds of the creek flowing gently below. A 6 person hot tub invites you to relax your tired muscles after a great day skiing in Colorado's famous champagne powder.
The upper level consists of a King Master Suite with a dual-sided fireplace (shared with the Master Bathroom!) and Master Bath, complete with double sinks, a steam shower and an amazing jetted tub. Another King Master Suite and the 3rd bedroom, a Queen bedroom, are also on the upper level. A separate hall bath with large tiled walk-in shower completes the upper level.
A powder room with slate floors greets you on the way down to the lower level. The 4th bedroom is a bunk bed room. Two sets of bunk beds, with a double bed down/single bed up and a twin over twin are perfect for the kids. There is a separate full bath with a single sink and a tile soaker tub/shower. The lower level family room is set up with cable TV and games for kids of all ages.
Additional amenities include a wine nook, radiant in-floor heating throughout, free Wi-Fi, Comcast Cable, DVD & VCR. The oversize one car garage is heated, as is the driveway. Plenty of parking for 2 vehicles and there is additional parking nearby if needed.
