- Look over the properties we have available. Detailed property descriptions, location maps and plenty of photos help ensure you never have any surprises.
- Once you've found the right home, we'll send you a Guest Agreement and a credit card authorization. A refundable security deposit and 50% of the rental amount is due at the time you return the signed Guest Agreement to us. The remaining 50% rental amount is due 60 days before your arrival.
- Access Winter Park offers optional travel insurance (trip cancellation and trip interruption) Our All Seasons Travel Plan can cover you and your vacation investment when the unexpected happens.
- Payment is made by check or credit card. There is a 5% credit card processing fee. We are happy to hold your reservation for several days with a credit card guarantee until payment by check can reach us.
- We have great discounts on ski rental equipment, up to 50% off on lift tickets and more.
- We offer concierge services - let us know if you want groceries
delivered, a hot meal waiting or would like to arrange for a catered
meal or a personal chef.
- Check-in information, directions, maps and additional information will be sent to you well before your arrival.
